**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00; Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00

Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing civil engineering and infrastructure activities across the AF6 Group’s dealership companies, ensuring adherence to automaker construction standards, technical regulations, project schedules, work quality, building maintenance, and supplier management across all group units. Corporate-level role supporting dealerships and operations located in various cities of Paraná, including all AF6 Group brand units.
**Description:**
? Manage construction projects, renovations, expansions, and structural adaptations at dealerships
of the group;
? Monitor construction projects across all units, ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and
technical compliance;
? Conduct periodic technical visits to cities and dealerships of the AF6 Group;
? Coordinate suppliers, contractors, service providers, and outsourced teams;
? Develop and monitor physical and financial project schedules;
? Monitor budgets, values, approvals, and expense entries in the internal portal;
? Perform material takeoffs, quantity surveys, and technical inspections;
? Ensure projects comply with automaker-required standards;
? Monitor approval processes with public agencies and utility providers;
? Manage technical documentation, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Annotations), licenses, reports, and regularization procedures;
? Support preventive and corrective building maintenance across units;
? Conduct technical analyses of properties, structures, and installations;
? Develop solutions to improve dealership operational and structural performance;
? Prepare managerial progress reports and performance indicators for construction projects;
? Support senior management in decision-making related to infrastructure and group expansion;
? Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation.
**Requirements:**
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
? Active registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy);
? Experience managing corporate, commercial, or dealership construction projects;
? Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
? Knowledge of budgeting, planning, and construction project monitoring;
? Familiarity with technical standards and construction specifications;
? Driver’s license category B and willingness to travel frequently;
