Direct support to manufacturing operations with a fundamental role. ### **JOB: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT** Location: Taquara/RJ Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Friday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 3.000,00 About the Job We are looking, on behalf of a partner company, for a Financial Assistant to manage and monitor financial routines, ensuring the company's financial health and providing direct support to manufacturing operations. This professional will play a fundamental role in cash flow management, billing, and organization of financial information. Key Responsibilities * Monitor financial inflows and outflows, performing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including active customer and project collections * Issue invoices for products and services, ensuring correct application of taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS) * Prepare monthly management reports and delinquency indicators * Organize documents and support external accounting, ensuring tax compliance Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management * Prior experience as a Financial Assistant * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Experience with ERP systems (financial modules) * Basic knowledge of industrial taxation Expected Behavioral Profile Organization and discipline in managing information Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies Proactivity to anticipate problems and propose improvements Clear and concise communication Ethical conduct and attention to confidential information * Advantages Knowledge of Power BI Background or interest in Controllership Benefits * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Profit Sharing (PLR) tied to pre-established goals Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
