Provide branch support via phone, email, and Teams. * **LOCATION** ------------ Rua Marambaia, 183, Sao Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil * ### **CAREER AREA** Field Operations * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R65175 Generate branch-level reports on the smart safe management platform (SSP) to reconcile deposited, credited, and collected amounts, cross-checking information received from Brinks branches and banks for data validation and verification; identify discrepancies in the reconciliation report and contact the responsible branch to investigate the issue; analyze and approve Level 1 workflow occurrences submitted via the Brinks portal by BVA teams and branches to verify discrepancies in amounts deposited into smart safes, using the SSP database and internal control spreadsheet (Excel); perform monthly tracking and resolution of occurrences generated from daily reconciliation to develop an action plan and resolve errors, and raise tickets for the BVA development department to implement necessary corrections; monitor and transmit CNAB, OCT, API, and XLS credit files generated by the SSP portal, and conduct monthly KPI tracking for efficiency and performance indicators; analyze workflows initiated by branches and respond with problem resolutions and cash map disposition; provide branch support via phone, email, and Teams to assist with issues related to smart safes (Brinks Complete); participate in continuous improvement programs and A3 project development.
