As an Administrative Assistant, you will work to continuously improve e-commerce logistics operations, supporting the coordination team in tracking KPIs and other administrative routines. You will also conduct process studies and reviews related to administrative activities, monitor performance indicators and metrics with the management team, and ensure responsiveness to business demands.**How you create impact** * Monitor KPIs, identifying opportunities for operational process improvement, working with short- and medium-term projections to achieve targets * Conduct studies, diagnostics, and reviews of administrative and logistics activity workflows * Handle data and take responsibility for identifying and resolving issues related to operational performance * Support the Coordination team with urgent tasks inherent to your role * Optimize workflow and facilitate inter-departmental follow-up to ensure timely deliveries * Consolidate operational and people-related KPIs, and prepare materials for meetings * Monitor and ensure effective process management **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Proven experience in administrative routines and warehouse operational processes * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) **What's in it for you** At Kuehne+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
