Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production **Job Description:** Lead the planning and execution of audiovisual projects from briefing to final delivery; Develop schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets; Manage departmental budget and control costs per project; Negotiate and contract suppliers, technical crews, talents, and partners; Coordinate pre\-production, production, and post\-production; Develop and optimize processes, workflows, and best practices for the audiovisual area; Anticipate risks and propose strategic solutions throughout all production phases; Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and copyright laws; Support strategic decisions regarding formats, languages, technical resources, and budget allocation **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications; Cinema, Radio & TV; Audiovisual Production; Advertising; or related fields; Solid knowledge of the entire production workflow (pre-production, on-set, and post-production); Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking);
