




**\*Main Activities:\*** Training Needs Assessment (TNA)\- Identify knowledge and skill gaps among employees.\- Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance analyses to define required trainings. Planning and Organizing Trainings\- Develop schedules and content for technical and behavioral trainings.\- Select appropriate methodologies (in-person, online, lectures, workshops, etc.).\- Define support materials, assessments, and training effectiveness indicators. Execution and Delivery of Trainings\- Deliver internal trainings or coordinate outsourced instructors.\- Monitor employee participation and clarify doubts. \- Ensure trainings meet company and employee needs. Monitoring and Evaluation of Results\- Apply satisfaction and effectiveness surveys for trainings.\- Analyze impacts on employee performance and company productivity.\- Adjust training programs according to obtained results.
