Participation in institutional improvement and infrastructure projects The hospital seeks a Technical Assistant Level I professional in Bauru (Vila Nova Cidade Universitária). **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise outsourced operational support service contracts, including hospital cleaning, security, waste management, landscaping, and laundry services. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations, particularly RDC 222/2018 and RDC 52/2009, monitoring disinfection protocols, pest control, and biosafety measures. Conduct on-site audits, monitor supplier performance indicators and service levels, and validate payments based on service execution and quality. Manage asset inventory and fixed asset control, as well as supplies related to hygiene, hospitality, and operational support services. Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of institutional improvement projects within operational support and infrastructure areas. Previous experience as a Technical Support Assistant, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Assistant, or Support Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
