Job Summary: Lead the EMAD Program technically, be part of the multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with guidelines and targets. Key Highlights: 1. Management of program indicators and strategies The objective of EMAD is to deliver medical care to the homes of individuals requiring motor rehabilitation, elderly persons, chronic patients without clinical worsening, or those in post-surgical conditions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical-administrative leadership for the Program; Be part of the team, participating in interventions necessary to achieve the Program’s objectives and daily work routines; Represent the team at technical meetings and events; Ensure compliance with the Program’s guidelines, methodology, and targets within the scope of responsibility; Monitor the Program’s development within the assigned coverage area; Promote, together with the team, the establishment of partnerships aimed at expanding the network of services and social support for people with disabilities; Encourage and facilitate the participation of people with disabilities, caregivers, and family members in planning and evaluating Program activities; Participate in technical meetings of the Health Unit; Organize periodic team meetings to define and evaluate operational strategies and technical training; Conduct data collection, administrative controls, and monitoring of quantitative and qualitative Program indicators; Submit the team’s monthly output for inclusion in the System; Perform department/sector duties in accordance with instructions from the immediate supervisor and institutional standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Active Coren registration * Completed undergraduate degree * Completed postgraduate degree and/or specialization in Health Management; **Additional Information** 40-hour weekly schedule – business hours Region: Perus/Pirituba Position to cover a maternity leave **SPDM – Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina** is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8.911, dated 07/30/1970. Thus, SPDM contributes effectively to the continuous improvement of services provided by Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), primarily aiming to guarantee universality and equitable access to health care, essential for human and social development of citizens. To this end, it combines cutting-edge technology with high-quality medical care delivered by multidisciplinary teams comprising nurses, physical therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, speech-language pathologists, biochemists, psychologists, technologists, social workers, dentists, among others. **The Integrated Health Care Program** began operations in 2001 in the municipality of São Paulo and later expanded to other municipalities and states. Since its inception, **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public administration, to expand and consolidate health services offered to SUS users.
