The Operational Supervisor will play a key role in managing and coordinating the company's daily activities, ensuring efficiency and achievement of established goals. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate the company's daily operations; * Focus on managing daily operations, checklists, and schedules. * Planning and control of high-volume scheduling (drivers, technicians, nurses). * Proven experience in field team/service health management. * Supervise project execution and monitor deadlines; **Requirements:** * Experience in external supervision * Experience in schedule and checklist preparation. * Experience in operational management * Ability to lead and motivate teams; * Data analysis and decision-making skills; * Strong communication and collaboration skills; Join us and contribute to the success of DEZ SERVIÇOS E EMERGENCIAS!
