Time optimization and reduction of logistics costs **Job Objective** Responsible for planning and supervising the company's logistics operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, route optimization, operational cost control, alignment of equipment installation schedules with delivery deadlines, and adherence to customer delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and organize delivery routes to achieve lower costs and higher operational efficiency; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure adherence to schedules; * Coordinate the delivery and equipment installation team; * Align equipment installation schedules with delivery dates; * Track operational team productivity; * Control logistics costs (fuel, maintenance, travel, and third-party services); * Manage fleet and perform preventive vehicle maintenance; * Resolve operational issues related to delays, deliveries, and installations; * Develop strategies for time optimization and cost reduction; * Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery time, cost per route, operational efficiency); * Ensure warehouse organization and product dispatch; * Maintain communication among sales, warehouse, installation, and delivery departments; * Prepare operational reports and present results to senior management. **Ideal Candidate Profile** **Technical Competencies** * Experience in logistics, distribution, or operations; * Knowledge of route planning and delivery scheduling; * Supervision of operational teams; * Basic knowledge of inventory control and dispatch; * Proficiency in Excel and management tools; * Experience in controlling operational costs. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership; * Organization; * Problem-solving agility; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical ability; * Priority management; * Proactive, results-oriented profile. **Desirable Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics supervision; * Experience in fleet management. **Advantages** * Experience with equipment companies or assembly operations; * Familiarity with route planning software; * Experience with logistics KPIs. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Saturday * Business hours * External operational monitoring as needed **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary: R$2\.636 \+ Bonus Payment: starting from R$2\.636.00 per month Work location: On-site
