Foster a data-driven, innovative, and continuously improving culture **Job Description:** Coordinate the development, review, and execution of strategic objectives, projects, and indicators for the CrediSIS System; Structure and enhance strategic planning processes, supporting decision-making by the Executive Board and the Board of Directors; Lead the deployment of strategic guidelines across affiliated cooperatives and the Central; Structure, monitor, and analyze action plans and performance indicators, ensuring strategic alignment; Develop feasibility analyses and financial projections applied to strategy; Conduct benchmarking, market trend studies, and analyses; Manage and implement planning and performance management methodologies (OKRs, KPIs, BSC); Promote integration between strategic planning and budgeting; Identify strategic opportunities and risks, supporting mitigation of business impacts; Lead the implementation of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives, with systemic vision and technical autonomy; Perform analytical and operational activities, ensuring standardization, innovation, best practices, and regulatory compliance (BACEN and audits); Foster a data-driven, innovative, and continuously improving culture; Support decision-making through predictive and prescriptive analyses. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Strategic Management, Data Science, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields; CPA. **Desirable Requirements:** Project Management certification (Scrum, Agile); Performance and Strategy certification; Project Management Tools certification (Power BI, data analysis); Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Strategic Project Management), Corporate Finance.
