We are seeking a professional to: Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise the store’s operational team to ensure excellence in service to external and internal customers, promote the company’s mission, vision, and values, and contribute to achieving the store’s expected operational results; * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets through continuous team supervision and execution of appropriate action plans; * Motivate the store team by maintaining a positive work environment aligned with company values; * Ensure excellence in store processes through ongoing training of store teams and use of manuals provided by respective departments; * Keep the store team informed and aligned with store operational goals by conducting daily team meetings; * Contribute to delivering the store’s expected operational results by executing and controlling all operational processes according to guidelines established by the Operations Department; * Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using the designated application, in line with the target set by the Marketing Department; * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures, verifying the scheduled staff roster; * Monitor KPIs by contributing to the development of action plans and achievement of results; * Plan compensatory time-off for employees by conducting daily follow-up. Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); * Experience leading retail stores; * Proficiency in Excel.
