Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal systems * **Responsibilities:** Developing systems, integrations, or services to meet business needs * Reviewing and maintaining the portfolio of systems, integrations, and services provided by the IT department. * Managing version control for internally developed systems, integrations, and services. * Handling incidents and issues related to internally developed systems, integrations, and services. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in internal systems. * Creating and reviewing technical documentation related to the IT portfolio. * Collaborating in the creation and review of procedures related to development and documentation standards. * Preparing technical documentation and training materials related to the company's internal systems. * Mapping business area development requirements and defining scope. * Planning changes associated with internal systems. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** ASP.NET C\#, Object-Oriented Paradigm, SOAP/REST Integrations, Bootstrap, HTML 5, AJAX/Javascript, MySQL, ODBC, Database Modeling. **Desirable:** PROGRESS OPENEDGE DATABASE KNOWLEDGE / ADVANCED ENGLISH / .NET CORE PORT OPERATIONS DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
