We are looking for a Senior Project Analyst to develop, coordinate, and monitor projects with a technical focus and moderate autonomy, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with established requirements. Identify risks, propose improvements, support construction teams and other departments, collaborate with junior analysts, and promote interdisciplinary integration under the coordinator’s guidance and in collaboration with senior analysts. **Responsibilities:** * Lead medium-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical requirements, quality, and budget; * Conduct technical reviews; prepare budgets, specifications, and quantity take-offs, including critical cost and supplier analyses; * Support planning, identify risks, and propose technical adjustments and contingency plans; * Provide technical support to construction sites, validate project releases, and supervise legalization processes; * Serve as the liaison among designers, construction sites, and internal departments, ensuring proper documentation management and interdisciplinary integration; * Prepare management reports, support quality processes, and guide junior staff and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; * Experience in technical analysis and interpretation of multidisciplinary projects.
