**Responsibilities and duties**
As a **SENIOR PHYSICAL PLANNING ANALYST**, you will be responsible for:
Managing project management processes alongside investment physical planning teams — local, headquarters-based, and those of the group’s concessionaires — overseeing the entire CAPEX investment lifecycle (from project conception through construction), providing an end\-to\-end view;
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports in Power BI;
Ensuring the quality of deliverables from each concessionaire’s teams, promoting standardization and reliability of information;
Developing and performing critical analysis of schedules against physical investment plans — both in pre\-construction and construction phases — identifying timeline deviations and supporting teams in developing action plans to recover or accelerate milestones.
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated reports and dashboards to provide a more comprehensive view of CAPEX project portfolio management — for both headquarters and Arteris Group concessionaires;
Creating and identifying KPIs and analyzing data — physical and financial;
Standardizing project management methodologies applied across the group, supporting the development of guidelines, templates, and suggestions for tactical and operational project management.
Consolidating physical planning information received from concessionaires, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and standardization.
Using and promoting corporate project management tools, contributing to their correct application and continuous improvement.
**Requirements and qualifications** **It is important that you have:**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
MS Project;
Microsoft Office suite;
Power BI;
Process automation skills using Excel (VBA/macros) and experience developing data management dashboards.
**It would be a plus if you have:**
Experience as a Planning Technician;
Knowledge of Project Management.
