Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your typical workday will include:** * Mapping the **student journey** and designing strategies to ensure a positive and memorable experience at every stage of the relationship with the product. * Creating **communication workflows** tailored to each stage of the student journey, applying copywriting and storytelling techniques. * Communicating with students via WhatsApp and e\-mail. * Monitoring key **metrics**, such as satisfaction, class attendance, and **repurchase**, using tools like satisfaction surveys, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and data analysis. * Proactively identifying solutions to prevent student dissatisfaction and ensure their **satisfaction**. * Proposing and implementing solutions to **optimize the customer journey and increase LTV**, such as improvements to products, services, support, and communication. * Promoting student **delight** by planning and executing initiatives in collaboration with other company departments. * Conducting **research**, analyzing data, and engaging with students to understand their expectations and desires. * Acting as a **bridge between students and internal teams**, such as Product, Marketing, and Sales, collecting feedback and suggesting improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Prior experience in customer service, customer experience, and/or customer success; * Practical knowledge of copywriting and storytelling techniques; * Practical knowledge of InfoBip, SendFlow, and ActiveCampaign tools; Experience in the education sector is a plus. * **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * For meals or shopping, choose between Meal Voucher or Food Allowance. * Health is \#seriousbusiness, so let’s take care of ourselves.
