**Job Description** --------------------- We have an opportunity to staff a **Senior Analyst** to join the CRM Platform Technology team. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in data architecture, integrations, and analytical platforms, who will serve as a technical reference within the team, contributing to the definition of scalable, reliable, and business-aligned solutions. The position requires a hands-on profile, systemic vision, and the ability to collaborate across different areas, supporting technical decisions and contributing to the continuous evolution of the platform. **Hard Skills (Technical)** -------------------------- ### **Data Architecture and Engineering** * Strong knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines, and analytical architectures; * Experience with large-scale data solutions and distributed environments; * Ability to evaluate, propose, and evolve event-driven and analytics-oriented architectures. ### **Platform and Tools** Solid knowledge of: * Kafka (event streaming and asynchronous integrations); * Databricks (Big Data engineering and analytics); * Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Martech ecosystem; * Apache Airflow (pipeline orchestration); * PySpark for distributed processing; * Python for pipeline development, automation, and analysis; * AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, among others). ### **CRM and Salesforce Ecosystem** * Knowledge of CRM solutions; * Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud), integrations, and data models is preferred. ### **Engineering Best Practices** * CI/CD; * Code versioning; * Observability; * Data governance; * Data security, quality, and reliability; * Experience designing and implementing system-to-system integrations. **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- ### **Technical Reference** * Serve as a technical reference within the team, sharing knowledge and supporting solution evolution; * Contribute technically to architectural and solution design decisions while maintaining a hands-on approach. ### **Business Vision** * Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions; * Assess technical impacts, costs, and benefits of proposed solutions. ### **Communication** * Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business units; * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders. ### **Agile Methodologies** * Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies; * Active participation in backlog refinement, planning, and agile ceremonies. ### **Profile** * Collaborative and flexible; * Ownership mindset and results-oriented; * Analytical, proactive, and committed to continuous learning. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Corporate
