Monitor departmental performance indicators * Coordinate and supervise refrigeration technicians both in the field and in the workshop. * Assign tasks and monitor service execution to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for refrigeration systems. * Develop service schedules and monitor execution according to plan. * Conduct technical inspections of refrigeration equipment to identify failures and propose solutions. * Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely. * Control usage of materials, tools, and equipment within the department. * Request procurement of parts and supplies required for services. * Monitor departmental performance indicators (e.g., response time, repair time, rework rate).
