Domi LAR SP is a company specialized in real estate sector solutions, offering property purchase, sale, and rental services in the São Paulo region. **Responsibilities:** Assign and monitor on-site construction activities, ensuring technical quality, site cleanliness, and safety. Verify work execution in accordance with approved project plans and defined scope. Manage construction materials, tools, and documentation. Update schedules and photographic progress reports. Serve as the liaison between the planning department and the construction manager. Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Project Manager, or Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
