Responsibilities and duties * Conduct daily meetings to monitor activity progress and remove obstacles. · Update project statuses in corporate tools (PSO, Portal, TWorks), ensuring visibility and accuracy. · Manage schedules, risks, and deviations, implementing corrective actions to maintain the original plan. · Control project profitability, negotiating budgets or adopting contingency measures when necessary. · Develop and support the consulting team, promoting technical and career growth. · Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients, strengthening trust and opening doors for new business. · Promote company culture, acting as a role model and guiding others on expected values and behaviors. · Collaborate with other Project Managers, especially junior and mid-level ones, sharing learnings and best practices. Requirements and qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
