In this role, you will contribute to identifying market potential, defining pricing and positioning strategies, managing the product portfolio and lifecycle, and maximizing profitability through optimizations and synergies across the value chain and processes—alongside P\&L analysis. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------------------------- * Execute the product line or category strategy in alignment with business objectives. * Support portfolio management and review, including enhancements, adjustments, improvement initiatives, and lifecycle management. * Monitor financial performance (P\&L), with a focus on achieving financial and budgetary targets. * Consolidate and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making. * Coordinate portfolio-related activities across commercial and technical functions, ensuring alignment and progress of initiatives. * Independently resolve moderately complex problems with minimal supervision, escalating when necessary. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- * Experience in portfolio, product, or planning management/analysis in a B2B environment. * Experience in data analysis and financial performance evaluation, including KPI definition. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Experience with Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus. * Experience in the food industry is desirable. * Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo/SP (3 days per week). \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-AC3 At Cargill, every person matters.
