





**Description** Responsible for planning scheduled maintenance of process units, developing WBS, budgets, cost control for shutdowns, preparing execution procedures, generating reports, cost allocations, and producing necessary information for the maintenance history. **Responsibilities and Duties** Populate LUPA in accordance with each project’s PGP; Prepare presentations for project kickoff meetings; Issue minutes of project kickoff meetings; Monitor and update shutdown forecasts and actuals in PROABI; Structure the PEP in SAP S/4HANA; Prepare and update monthly planning reports for all UN-AM shutdown projects, and present them at RAC; Input and report project data in GESTINV on a monthly basis; Analyze, structure, and submit initial shutdown durations of UN-AM for validation; Conduct systematic meetings with GPEP; Prepare and schedule Pre-shutdown, Shutdown, and Post-shutdown activities in MS Project and PRIMAVERA (schedule, S-curve, histogram, and resource spreadsheet). NOTE: The PERT network must be closed, with no negative links and no predecessors or successors assigned to summary-level schedule activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any specialization) **Required Qualifications:** Proficiency in the native language and technical writing skills; English proficiency: Intermediate level; Advanced knowledge of integrated systems (SAP S/4HANA modules PM and MM); MS-Project; PRIMAVERA; Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI; Solid expertise in implementation and management of Quality Management Systems (NBR ISO 9002) and Total Quality Management.
