Develop and monitor KPIs for project planning and control Coordinate engineering and infrastructure planning and project activities within the context of Rede Voa’s operations, lead the team, manage timelines, costs, and resources for strategic projects, promote efficiency in strategic planning, and ensure integration across various departments, aiming to guarantee compliance with established schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Identify cost-effective solutions aligned with the company’s strategies. Develop and manage project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and cost calculations, using planning tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6. Actively participate in scope validation meetings with suppliers, consultants, and partners. Plan and monitor physical-financial progress of infrastructure works and projects, ensuring adherence to defined scopes and deadlines. Develop and monitor KPIs – Key Performance Indicators related to project planning and control. Coordinate Engineering team activities, ensuring alignment of deliverables and technical and professional development, promoting integration between the planning team and other technical and operational areas of Rede Voa. Conduct regular alignment meetings with the team and provide detailed reports to the Infrastructure Manager. Develop and monitor budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts for all engineering projects, identifying budget-related risks and consolidating corrective actions jointly with other stakeholders. Identify risks of delays and operational bottlenecks during project execution, analyze cost deviations, propose solutions, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Plan and implement mitigation strategies for risks related to timelines, costs, and resources. Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable technical, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Consolidate technical and operational reports to present project status to the Infrastructure Manager and other stakeholders. Develop strategic presentations for executive meetings, including analyses of capacity, timelines, and achieved results, aiming to maintain efficient communication flow among contractors, internal and external stakeholders.
