Position: PCP Analyst / Supervisor (Garment Workshop). Responsibilities: Responsible for production planning and control (PCP). Ensures that all production stages—from cutting to sewing in both internal and external workshops—proceed according to schedule, with optimal resource utilization, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards. Plans, schedules, and controls production in internal and outsourced sewing workshops. Develops and monitors the production schedule, ensuring achievement of targets and on-time delivery. Issues and manages production orders, tracking progress at each stage (cutting, sewing, pressing, finishing, and shipping). Monitors distribution of production batches and technical specifications to workshops. Controls return and verification of finished garments, ensuring correct quality and quantities. Acts as liaison between purchasing, cutting, quality assurance, and shipping departments. Generates productivity, efficiency, and production bottleneck reports. Supports deadline management and resolution of production disruptions (rework, delays, material shortages, etc.). Updates control spreadsheets and systems (ERP or production spreadsheets). Work Location: Brás (Central Zone) – SP. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements: * Experience as a PCP professional, PCP assistant, or production analyst in garment manufacturing. * Knowledge of apparel production flow (cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipping). * Proficiency in control spreadsheets, production reports, and performance indicators. * Organizational skills, logical reasoning, and strong communication abilities. * Prior experience with external workshops and subcontractors is desirable. * Familiarity with garment ERP systems is desirable. * Must reside in the specified region.
