Direct leadership of operations, managing the team of employees, assigning daily tasks according to customer schedules, and defining operational priorities. Responsible for monitoring and validating the entire operational process—including picking, verification, and loading—to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines. Performs information triangulation between WMS and SAP systems, ID control, and location transfers. Leads daily shift handover meetings, evaluates team performance, analyzes vehicle loading capacity (cubic volume, linear meters, and tonnage), and authorizes vehicle release, seals, and documentation. Collaborates with management on planning and executing daily and monthly inventories; actively participates in inventory counts, monitors maintenance requests for the area, and submits reports to HR when necessary.
