Job Responsibilities: \- Perform building maintenance and general services; \- Carry out basic electrical maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing sockets and switches; \- Install new sockets and lighting points, replace circuit breakers, etc.; \- Perform hydraulic maintenance on toilets and tank assemblies, replace faucets and conduct repairs; \- Install new hydraulic points; \- Conduct minor civil repairs on plasterboard and skim coat, painting, and drywall repairs if necessary; \- Plan maintenance activities; \- Monitor contractually forecasted costs and expenses; \- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery deadlines with suppliers; \- Provide feedback regarding service request timelines and progress; Requirements: \- High school diploma or vocational technical education required; \- Valid NR 10, NR 33, and NR 35 certifications; \- Driver’s license category B required; \- Prior experience in the described functions; experience in kitchen maintenance is a plus; \- Availability to work on a 6X1 rotating schedule with flexible working hours (including daytime and nighttime preventive maintenance); \- Easy access to the South Zone.
