Requirements: * Knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems. * Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. Typical Responsibilities: * Coordinate maintenance team activities (priorities, urgencies). * Ensure execution of preventive maintenance plans. * Analyze failures and propose durable technical solutions. * Monitor maintenance indicators (backlog). * Ensure safety during team activities (NRs, work permits, etc.). * Supervise in-house, outsourced services, and audits. Desired Education: * Technical course in Electricity, Hydraulics, or related fields (mandatory) and driver’s license. * Complementary courses; undergraduate degree in Maintenance Management, Leadership, or Occupational Safety.
