If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Collecting, processing, and validating data from the Data Lake, Fabric, SAP, Power BI, integrated databases, and spreadsheets, integrating them via ETL processes while ensuring information efficiency and quality. * Supporting the implementation and monitoring of data governance initiatives within the logistics area. * Developing, updating, and publishing logistics performance indicators. * Ensuring collection of business-critical information by performing consistent analyses and delivering accurate data interpretations. * Consolidating internal and external reports according to business analytical demands. * Conducting studies and analyses tailored to specific departmental needs, based on strategic data management and utilization. * Mapping, simplifying, and modeling logistics tasks and workflows. * Compiling and analyzing data to generate insights for dashboard and BI solution development and evolution. * Supporting data coordination with the Logistics Project Management team by providing analyses that aid decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Technical proficiency in SQL or DAX; * Advanced Power BI skills; * Experience with data integration and building complex data models. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree in Data Science or related fields; * Technical knowledge of Azure; * Intermediate-level Office 365 skills: Power Apps and Power Automate; * Programming language experience (e.g., Python, R); * Intermediate English proficiency. **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, Monday through Friday **Additional Information** #### **Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance; * Emotional Well-being Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
