We are seeking a **Junior PCM Analyst** to join our team at our Lucas do Rio Verde | MT unit. **Responsibilities:** * Execute opening and closing of service orders, ensuring accurate information recording * Carry out equipment transfer and movement processes between company units * Request registration of materials, suppliers, and equipment * Control tires and other components through the SAP system * Request insertion of parts and materials into inventory according to alignment with the maintenance supervisor * Issue shipping invoices for repair when necessary * Submit purchase requests and material requisitions within service orders, tracking progress with the supervisor to ensure follow-up and acceptance of services provided by suppliers * Plan and schedule maintenance services for agricultural machinery and implements * Monitor oil and filter replacements according to hour meters and maintenance plans via the SAP system **Technical Requirements:** * Experience with SAP ONE (maintenance and inventory modules) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes * Familiarity with inventory management and logistics of parts/equipment **Behavioral Requirements:** * Organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and controls * Proactivity in anticipating needs and seeking solutions * Strong communication skills for interaction with suppliers, supervisors, and other departments * Teamwork, collaborating to achieve maintenance plans * Commitment and accountability in tracking service orders and deadlines * Planning ability to organize schedules and priorities * Flexibility and adaptability in response to urgent demands and shifting priorities Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: B, A
