Job Summary: Develop and customize medical-hospital equipment projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and performance, while also monitoring project execution and conducting technical analyses. Interpretation of technical standards and regulatory requirements **Job Description:** ---------------------- Develop and customize line equipment projects such as autoclaves, thermodesinfectors, surgical tables, and others, including prototype construction, component drawing and registration in systems, performing structural, flow, and component calculations and technical analyses, ensuring equipment safety, efficiency, and performance. Monitor execution of projects related to new products or product updates, validating whether technical specifications are being met and yielding expected results, clarifying doubts during execution and highlighting any necessary adjustments. Record changes and modifications in the equipment production process, preparing forms and reports documenting the history and enabling equipment control and regulation. Analyze potential issues reported by customers, verifying equipment opinions and performance on-site or at the factory, identifying possible causes and proposing solutions related to product design, materials, or functionality. Conduct technical analyses of tenders, verifying whether internal projects meet requested requirements and functionalities, comparing with existing line products and assessing feasibility of potential adjustments and implementations. Perform rendering on finished products for use in user manuals, brochures, websites, etc., utilizing the most suitable software for the process. Prepare manuals and training materials for factory teams conducting routine tests such as leakage current, electrical rigidity, and grounding, among others, applying training when necessary. Follow 5S principles, maintaining a clean and organized environment, verifying that the workspace is prepared for activity execution, ensuring a safe and efficient environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Edge) is desirable. Manufacturing processes. Interpretation of technical standards and regulatory requirements. ERP system (preferably Protheus). Basic Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
