The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. We are involved in both strategic planning and day\-to\-day operations, particularly concerning buildings and facilities.**Job Description:** Your Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities: * Monitor and oversee outsourced services including catering, cleaning, building maintenance, landscaping, electrical infrastructure projects, and civil renovation of local offices and warehouses. * Serve as the guardian of the best customer experience by ensuring environmental comfort, safety, functionality, and efficiency—integrating physical space, people, processes, and technology. * Assist in establishing service processes and standards with SLAs and KPIs for location monitoring. * Manage inventory intake and supervise stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory for service operations and to guarantee customer experience. * Support the Procurement team in contract management, including supplier payments, contract renewals, and renegotiations. * Conduct periodic inspection rounds to verify aesthetic conditions, accessibility, and operational compliance per internal procedures, activating relevant construction services as needed and preparing operational reports. * Manage financial operations and monitor Opex for each Hub and Regional. **Requirements:** What You Need to Take on This Challenge: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / G Suite; * Prior experience in facilities teams and managing third\-party contracts; * Completed technical course in construction, electrical engineering, electronics, or electrotechnology; * Brazilian driver’s license (CNH B).
