This role involves supporting users, identifying and resolving technical issues, as well as continuously improving IT processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and systems); * Analyze and resolve IT incidents and problems; * Monitor and maintain systems, networks, and infrastructure; * Participate in the implementation and updating of systems and technologies; * Document IT processes, routines, and procedures; * Ensure information security and compliance with internal policies; * Collaborate with other departments to understand requirements and propose technological solutions; * Support technology vendors and partners. **Desired Qualifications:** * Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT tools; * Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Microsoft Office: Intermediate * Prior experience in the IT field preferred * Advantageous: Experience in the Retail sector, specifically in the Food industry; * Planning and organization, communication, negotiation skills, hands-on approach, and strategic vision.
