Metroll’s core values are: People-focused, Knowledge appreciation, Owner’s mindset, Innovation, and Integrity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor construction execution from the office, ensuring compliance with the project and deadlines; * Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders; * Interface with regulatory agencies and suppliers to align deliveries and services; * Support contract coordination in risk assessment and overall monitoring of construction execution. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Experience in the Retail sector; * Experience in construction management; * Advanced proficiency in the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel; * Experience in planning routines, scheduling, and reviewing technical reports.
