




Job Summary: Lead and develop the accounting team, formulate strategies, supervise processes, and serve as a consultant to clients, ensuring compliance and performance analysis. Project management and process improvement RESPONSIBILITIES: * Team Management: Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting continuous training and a collaborative environment. * Accounting Planning: Develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with client and company objectives. * Process Supervision: Ensure all accounting processes are executed in accordance with best practices and current regulations. * Financial Reporting: Prepare and present high-quality financial and accounting reports for management and clients. * Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of financial information, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. * Legal Compliance: Ensure the company and clients fulfill all accounting and tax obligations. * Project Management: Coordinate projects related to accounting system integration and process improvement. * Consulting: Serve as an accounting and financial consultant to clients, providing strategic insights. * Client Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day client interactions, particularly technical and general clarifications regarding deliverables. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in the accounting field in leadership roles. Experience in BPO or accounting firms, with strong knowledge of industry practices and processes. * Experience in accounting team and project management. Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems. * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in areas such as Controllership, Finance, or Project Management is a plus. * Behavioral Competencies Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate the team, fostering a high-performance environment. * Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with various stakeholders.
