**Responsibilities and duties:** * Establish and ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, with real-time monitoring. * Manage fleet fueling and diesel consumption, performing vehicle-, unit-, and driver-level tracking. * Manage all tire-related activities (budgeting, inventory, inspections, retreading control, durability, maintenance history, and mileage). * Monitor and optimize Cost Per Kilometer (CPK), proposing data-driven and benchmark-based cost-reduction initiatives. * Lead the implementation and monitoring of key strategic maintenance indicators: availability, productivity, downtime, and consumption. * Supervise traffic fine management, including driver accountability and educational initiatives. * Be responsible for claims and insurance management, ensuring timely reporting, follow-up, root-cause analysis, and case closure. * Control all fleet documentation: licensing, electronic CRLV, RNTRC, inspection reports, expiration dates, and legal compliance. * Integrate the supply chain (Supply Chain) with fleet management, directly overseeing technical procurement, budget control, supplier relationship management, and inventory control of spare parts, consumables, and materials. * Implement ERP KMM across all fleet-related modules: service orders, maintenance plans, fueling, procurement, inventory, budget approvals, and CPK management. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience in PCM for heavy-duty fleets and maintenance management. * Solid knowledge of technical procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management. * Experience in ERP implementation and KPI development. * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, leadership skills, and focus on continuous improvement. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Exact Sciences. **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * On-site meals * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree Personal vehicle
