Your primary challenge will be to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and social events, ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and outcomes aligned with the unit’s goals. ### **Job Mission:** Reporting to the immediate manager and following established guidelines and overall objectives, this professional is responsible for coordinating and organizing all activities and operations within the Events department, aiming to deliver high-quality services while efficiently and equitably optimizing revenues, costs, and overall customer satisfaction. This role must also ensure compliance with Bourbon Hospitality’s policies and procedures. ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage the technical team, monitoring performance, guiding activities, and promoting employees’ professional development. * Conduct negotiations with suppliers, analyzing costs and securing optimal commercial terms for the company. * Manage procurement processes, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgetary control. * Supervise and monitor maintenance activities, guaranteeing full operational functionality. * Oversee operational management by monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous process improvements. * Develop and analyze operational layouts to optimize space utilization, productivity, and efficiency. * Implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure service quality and risk mitigation. * Manage people, fostering engagement, strategic alignment, and a positive organizational climate. * Administer material, financial, and human resources efficiently and strategically. * Safeguard and strengthen the brand, ensuring adherence to institutional standards and guidelines. * Manage processes and projects, tracking timelines and outcomes to ensure delivery as planned.
