RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend event clients, accompany technical visits and suppliers during room setup/signage, and align with clients on event checklists for service order (SO) preparation. Prepare event service orders, accompanying the client throughout pre-event and post-event phases. Record, verify, and finalize items on event invoices; open and administer accounts by entering values to enable billing. Hold meetings with clients to align information with internal teams, generate reports summarizing key event occurrences, and send them to the sales team to support post-sales activities. Monitor meal times, coffee breaks, private activities, and other event-related activities through control systems, verifying alignment with client contracts, and promote and execute event marketing across media channels. Receive materials and organize event setups. Conduct periodic inspections of event spaces to ensure organization and maintenance. Organize events and operationalize contracted services to ensure process effectiveness. Supervise unloading and setup of materials, safeguarding unit facilities. Register and email service orders to respective departments. Inspect rooms before and after each event together with the client to prevent and identify damages occurring during the event. Manage room and other space bookings for events in coordination with the sales department. Perform other duties related to this position.
