**Job Opening: FASHION DESIGNER** **Who We Are** THESAINT is a premium Brazilian streetwear brand. We do not follow trends—we forge our own path. **What You Will Do** Develop collections across woven, printed, fluid, and imported fabric lines—from concept to final garment. You are fully responsible for the product. * Create and develop garments for seasonal collections aligned with the brand’s positioning * Build and update collection boards, technical sheets, and monitor every stage of development * Develop concepts: themes, moods, color palettes * Select raw materials and trims; conduct sampling trials and provide feedback to suppliers * Collaborate with Planning and Purchasing teams to align collections and OTB (Open-to-Buy) * Develop prints in coordination with weavers and designers; approve flag designs with the print coordination team * Direct and supervise tasks assigned to styling assistants * Manage fabric cutting and pilot samples * Visit stores, suppliers, workshops, and partners * Provide product briefings to Marketing and E-commerce teams * Train retail and wholesale teams on collections * Support campaign styling and photoshoots * Travel for research and performance analysis **What You Need** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or related fields * Proven hands-on experience in the role—this is not an entry-level training position * Daily proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator * Functional Excel skills for technical sheets and collection spreadsheets * Ability to bridge creativity and operations—capable of ideating, delivering, and meeting deadlines **What We Truly Expect** Someone who takes product seriously.
