We are looking for people to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Assist in the administration and monitoring of processes related to construction execution, based on the project scope, conducting inspections, training, and team advisory services, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost, and schedule prerequisites as defined in the company's established plan.** * Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are executed according to the construction schedule, respecting deadlines stipulated in the project; * Train and guide interns to ensure their assigned tasks are completed within proposed deadlines and according to standards specified in Service Verification Sheets (SVS); * Assist in negotiations with contractors to hire specialized and qualified labor within the budgeted cost, avoiding negative variances and meeting activity delivery deadlines; * Monitor materials in stock or in use, as well as equipment at the construction site, to ensure conscious and correct usage, preventing waste, idle time, excessive consumption, theft, and robbery; * Support daily construction execution planning, material usage, and labor hiring when necessary, seeking alternatives to meet targets and acting in compliance with regulations, performing benchmarking to address identified non-conformities; * Verify team headcount—whether internal or outsourced—to ensure appropriate task distribution, avoiding overload or excess personnel while complying with safety regulations; * Report design flaws and suggest possible improvements prior to execution to avoid unnecessary expenses, rework, or anomalies in new developments; * Monitor results and traceability of technological controls to guarantee service quality and safety, presenting findings during internal and external audits to support requalification for the PBQP\-H certification (Brazilian Program for Habitat Quality and Productivity); * Be responsible for implementing Quality System requirements as outlined in the PAMQ (Monthly Quality Monitoring Sheet) and QRO (Actual Construction Quality); * Collaborate with the Occupational Safety and Environmental Department to organize, clean, and maintain the construction site and common areas, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace, accident prevention, and proper waste disposal; * Record measurements and submit invoices and payment authorizations for required approvals within established deadlines using the ERP system; * Evaluate contractors' financial health throughout the month via received reports to prevent turnover and labor liabilities for the company; * Complete the PLS (Value Release Plan) based on measurements taken on-site, ensuring value release by the financial agent to continue construction execution; * Monitor cash flow through financial forecasting reports, ensuring financial health and expenditure control in accordance with the approved budget for the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** **Required**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **Desirable**: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **Specific Knowledge:** Required: Basic Excel, AutoCAD. **Additional Information** Discover Rottas Construction’s benefits and differentiators: **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits** * Issuance of 13 invoices per year; * Cost-of-living allowance (Caju); * Employee Referral Program; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Maternity/Paternity Kit; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance. **In addition:** * Necessary work equipment provided; * Performance Evaluation Cycle; * Individual Development Plan (IDP); * Continuous feedback. ***Apply now for this position and join the \#RottasTeam*** With modern construction techniques and rigorous project management, **Rottas** today has over **260,000 m²** of contracted construction projects across southern Brazil.
