PASTORAL COORDINATOR
Job Mission
Coordinate the operational and evangelizing/pastoral processes of the School Unit through qualified actions, team management, and the use of specific tools, promoting continuous improvement of services delivered and synergy among people, thereby fostering the vitality of the Marist Charism.
Responsibilities
Ensure evangelizing action, contributing to strengthening institutional identity and mission, with the aim of fulfilling the premise of making Jesus Christ known and loved;
Coordinate management, planning, operation, and evaluation processes of the Pastoral Nucleus by systematizing, monitoring, and overseeing these processes to reinforce institutional identity and mission;
Coordinate strategic actions with the School Unit’s leadership bodies through participation in both overall and specific unit planning to integrate and align pastoral, pedagogical, and administrative processes;
Collaborate across networks in institutional, ecclesial, and social tactical spaces through representation and partnerships to foster synergy among local, provincial, and ecclesial processes;
Provide technical support for staff members’ effective performance in their activities and projects through targeted training initiatives designed to ensure high-quality fulfillment of team demands;
Continuously develop professional competencies by participating in events, congresses, meetings, and courses, as well as publishing scientific articles and literary chapters, to enhance knowledge and improve professional practice.
Contribute to team synergy through effective communication processes aimed at cultivating a healthy work environment and mutual understanding of tasks.
