ON-SITE POSITION – ACCOUNTANT Curitiba/PR – Vila Izabel | Business hours | CLT On-site work at Reali Consultoria's office About the position Reali Consultoria, an accounting firm recognized for technical excellence and personalized service, is seeking an Accountant to strategically and technically manage the company’s accounting and tax routines. We seek a committed, analytical professional with solid accounting and tax experience, capable of contributing to decision-making, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and strengthening strategic support to management. Responsibilities and Duties Perform accounting, tax, and fiscal routines, including classification, reconciliation, analysis, and review of balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as accounting and tax entries. Actively participate in monthly and annual closings, supporting preparation of financial statements—including Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DLPA), and explanatory notes—as well as managerial reports to support decision-making. Be responsible for supporting calculation of direct and indirect taxes, including IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and ISS, and monitor submission of ancillary obligations such as SPED Contábil, SPED Fiscal, ECD, ECF, DCTF, DIRF, and EFD-Reinf, ensuring timely compliance and adherence to current legislation. Also provide support for internal and external audits, track updates to accounting and tax legislation, and collaborate closely with Tax, Finance, and Corporate teams, contributing to information consistency, process improvement, and executive support on accounting, tax, and tax planning matters. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC); * Solid experience in accounting and tax areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred; * Knowledge of tax regimes: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real; * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Advantages * Postgraduate degree or continuing education courses in Accounting, Controllership, or Taxation; * Experience working in accounting firms or audited companies; * Experience with ERP systems such as Domínio, Prosoft, TOTVS (Protheus or RM), and SAP Business One (SAP B1); * Strategic mindset and profile oriented toward integrated accounting and tax management.
