Comprehensive project, resource, and documentation management **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise team activities, assign tasks, guide workers, and ensure work execution. * Ensure established quality standards are met at all construction stages. * Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper use of materials and construction techniques per internal standards and training. * Ensure established quality standards are met at all construction stages. * Participate in planning and scheduling of project activities. * Control available resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. * Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. * Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports, hours worked logs, and documentation related to permits, authorizations, and regulatory standards. * Interpret and ensure implementation of project plans. * Monitor equipment inventory and material stock control. * Direct contact with clients, suppliers, and contractors on site. * Control project-related documentation. * Provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, implement improvements, and, if necessary, participate in recruitment and selection processes. * Ensure maintenance, cleaning, preservation, storage, and control of all materials, instruments, equipment, and the workplace, adhering to occupational safety standards. * Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on site, and assess storage conditions. * Follow and comply with company internal procedures and policies regarding safety, environment, quality, and processes.
