Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to coordinate teams and ensure quality and timeliness on a CERGID construction project in Porto Alegre, with emphasis on leadership and execution. Supporting the engineer in construction site management and resource control **Position: Construction Foreman – CERGID (Porto Alegre/RS)** We are looking for a Construction Foreman to work on a CERGID construction project in Porto Alegre. We seek a candidate with strong field experience, leadership qualities, and a focus on high-quality, on-time execution. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and subcontracted) * Ensure adherence to schedule and achievement of production targets * Verify completed work against design documents and quality standards * Control usage of materials, equipment, and labor * Support the engineer/technical supervisor in construction site management * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and safety * Report project progress, issues, and requirements **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman * Experience in civil construction projects (preferred: institutional/industrial projects) * Ability to lead teams and enforce execution discipline * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Strong organizational skills and sense of priority * Effective communication with team members and management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public works projects * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control * Relevant training (e.g., Building Technician, NR regulations, etc.) **Location:** Porto Alegre/RS **Work Mode:** On-site – construction site Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
