The company is recognized for the quality of its projects, innovation, and commitment to clients and employees. **YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES** * **Construction Planning and Control:** Lead short-, medium-, and long-term construction planning, ensuring alignment between plan and execution, protection of the critical path, risk anticipation, elimination of constraints, and definition of schedule recovery plans. * **Cost and Contract Management:** Monitor budget, cost variances and trends, validate contractor and supplier measurements, conduct contractual negotiations, amendments, and rebalancing, ensuring alignment among contracted scope, executed scope, and measured scope. * **Quality, Technical Compliance, and Standardization:** Ensure execution in accordance with designs, technical standards, and ATR standards; lead quality control (FVS, inspections, and stoppages); standardize construction methods; and proactively reduce rework, defects, and pathologies. * **Occupational Safety and Legal Compliance:** Serve as visible safety leadership on construction sites; ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and legal documentation; monitor and resolve safety-related pending items; and halt work fronts under unsafe or non-standard conditions. * **Leadership, Communication, and Executive Interface:** Coordinate site engineers and supervisors, promoting technical development and cultural alignment; report schedule, cost, quality, and risk status to the Executive Board; and interface with clients, designers, and strategic suppliers. * **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Schedule deviation against baseline schedule; cost deviation against approved budget; non-conformance, rework, and recurrence rate; safety incidents and compliance with regularization deadlines; quality of construction documentation and adherence to ATR standards; technical and behavioral development of engineers under your coordination. **JOB DETAILS** Employment type: Independent Contractor (PJ) Work location: Curitiba (Água Verde and Guabirotuba) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Weekly working hours: 44 hours **REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **Experience and Background** * Vertical building construction projects using post-tensioned structures. * Medium- and high-end developments with high requirements regarding finishes and integration. * Senior-level construction coordination or site residency experience. * Proficiency in short-, medium-, and long-term planning; reading and integrating design documents; contract, measurement, and cost management; quality management systems, FVS, and non-conformance control; occupational safety routines on vertical construction sites. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** Fixed salary 13th salary and one month paid vacation Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages: * English (Basic) Driver’s License: Class B Personal vehicle
