Work Environment: You will work within our Operation Services business unit. We seek a professional responsible for supporting procurement activities, including supplier prospecting, quotation requests, negotiations, and purchase order follow-up, with a focus on achieving optimal cost-effectiveness for materials and services related to electrical systems, structured cabling, and civil works in projects and operations nationwide. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Quotation and Negotiation: * Request and compare quotations for materials and services (electrical, structured cabling, civil). * Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and commercial conditions. * Identify lower-cost alternatives without compromising quality. 2. Supplier Management: * Register and qualify new suppliers. * Maintain relationships with regional and national suppliers. * Evaluate partner performance (quality, timeliness, service). 3. Purchase Order Issuance and Tracking: * Issue purchase orders in ERP systems. * Monitor delivery status and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Request and verify invoices and delivery documents. 4. Project and Construction Support: * Address field team requirements (technicians, engineers, supervisors). * Collaborate closely with planning and execution teams. * Support mobilization and demobilization of construction sites. 5. Cost Analysis: * Support analysis of commercial proposals. * Prepare comparative reports and procurement controls. * Update price and supplier databases. 6. Logistics and Distribution: * Support planning for material deliveries across multiple states. * Monitor transportation, freight, and warehousing as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Technical and Practical Knowledge * Specific Materials and Services: * Electrical materials: circuit breakers, cables, conduits, cable trays, distribution boards, luminaires. * Structured cabling: network cables, racks, patch panels, outlets, ducts. * Civil construction materials: cement, sand, tools, PPE, flooring, etc. * Third-party services: contractors, installation technicians, regional labor. * Systems and Tools: * ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Protheus or similar). * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for comparisons and controls). * Quotation tools (email, portals such as Bionexo, Mercado Eletrônico, etc.).
