Responsibilities: * Conduct market prospecting; * Negotiate and close contracts and orders; * Monitor customer satisfaction and after-sales service; * Follow-up on technical tests; * Monitor dispatch and logistics planning for deliveries; * Monitor and manage sales portfolio and commercial indicators. Requirements: * Commercial experience in the civil construction sector (concrete/mortar); * In-depth knowledge of the regional civil construction market is essential; * Possession of CNH B driver's license. Desirable: * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, business administration, or related fields; * Training in civil construction and/or building is a differentiator.
