Prepare studies, plans, projects, and general specifications. Review projects and conduct construction inspections, executing work in compliance with competent authorities. Monitor construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and monitor budgets. Conduct material and equipment take-offs. Work with performance indicators and targets. Possess strong management awareness to efficiently organize tasks. Handle multiple demands simultaneously. Position based in João Pessoa / PB. Previous experience as Junior Civil Engineer, Structural Designer, Civil Engineering Assistant, or Building Technician may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
