Description We are seeking a Resident Engineer to work on infrastructure construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to established deadlines. Responsibilities * Act as the company's representative with clients and suppliers * Coordinate on-site work teams * Perform measurements and quality control of executed services * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations * Prepare project monitoring and management reports * Experience in daily construction planning and reporting to the Planning Consultant * Inspection and verification of services from foundation to finishing and project handover * Scheduling of concrete pouring, steel delivery, and other materials to the site * Evaluation of service providers * Physical production control and issuance of requests for quotations and measurements according to specific project designs * Analyze technical reports on concrete strength, material specifications, and others * Draft invitation letters and participate in contract finalization; contract management and closure documentation; inspection of documents to comply with legal requirements and the company’s quality standards Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering * Prior experience in infrastructure projects (preferably land development projects) * Knowledge of construction processes (civil works and infrastructure) * Familiarity with AutoCAD and Mega System is desirable * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Must reside in Boituva or a nearby city to enable daily commuting, as no on-site accommodation is provided
