Plangecon is a company specialized in economic planning and consulting. We provide strategic solutions for resource optimization and sustainable development. **Responsibilities:** Develop and analyze civil engineering projects related to industrial activities. Plan and monitor the execution of construction works and engineering services. Supervise work teams and provide technical guidance to professionals on-site. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and current legislative requirements. Control materials, equipment, and resources used in construction works. Prepare schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Identify and propose solutions to technical and structural problems. Monitor inspections, measurements, and quality tests of structures and completed services. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
