Experience in budgets for industrial installations and Advanced Excel. Technical and commercial analysis of projects, scopes, and tender documents. Quantity takeoff, direct and indirect cost estimation. Price formation and composition, considering margin, risk, and competitiveness. Preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Direct interface with commercial, contracts, and leadership teams, supporting strategic decision-making. Support to the commercial team in proposal adjustments, negotiations, and technical clarifications. Planning, control, and management of the budget and proposal pipeline. Supplier management and negotiation, where applicable. Organization, prioritization of requests, and assurance of deadlines, pace, and productivity. Experience in small- and medium-scale budgets for industrial installations. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with budgeting software (Compor90® preferred). Knowledge of Law No. 14,133. Technical reading ability combined with commercial and financial vision. Courses, specializations, or postgraduate degrees in Budgeting, Cost Engineering, or Engineering. Knowledge of MS Project.
